I have sanded floors as old as 150 years and everytime they come back to life... I can't say the same about 150 year old carpet! Refinishing floors is an art and I enjoy bringing them back to life. I strive to be as Green as possible. I recycle all cardboard and plastic that I use. Most carpet is reused or donated. Remember sanding your existing floors helps eliminate waste by not using more throw away carpet!

All the machines (except the drum sander) are hooked to vacuums. When needed, plastic will be put up to block off rooms with furniture and vents will be taped shut. I'll work very hard to keep your home as dust free as possible.
: 90-95% of all stains will sand out. If there is a spot where a plant sat for a long time or cats have had fun, those spots won't always come out. In that case, depending on the stains, the boards can be removed and replaced.
No. Using a water based finish gives us a lot of beneftis that were not available in the past. The finishes dry in 2 hours and you can walk on them shortly thereafter. The odor is comparative to painting a room. Some people don't notice it and some do.
